Pilates with Dee has been great for improving my strength

I didn’t have any Pilates experience when I first started taking classes with Dee, but I never felt out of place because she gave really clear instructions and the classes were easy to follow.

Her classes are designed in a way that accommodates all levels and while I improve, I continue to be challenged in every class!

Pilates with Dee has been great for improving my strength and I’ve specially noticed that I have a stronger core now.

Dee’s friendly and calm nature helps everyone in the class  feel comfortable too and I always have fun in her classes
