This is a real calorie burner!

Skipping rope and mat are used but if you don’t have this then just pretend. If you have stairs in your house then you can do this at home but otherwise go find some stairs in your local park (we’ve all seen these lengthy  stairs and admired the runners up and down;). Be safe on the stairs, do the best you can in your pace. It’s approximately 3-5 stair runs, 2 different sets (or 2x 1minute) which is good to know since you would probably not want to look at your screen during those!

I’m demonstrating with music so keep your eyes on the screen and on your body and enjoy those endorphins flowing wildly!
