This class, I call The Mix, as it mixes up Strength, HIIT, Pilates, even at the end a little Yoga stretch 😉 We work the principles of Pilates, pushing for an 8 / 10 burn & muscle fatigue. We work a good full session of abs, pushing & breathing through the burn. Then the same with legs and last but not least arms.
